"How we kept my best friend's birthday" Excursion

I've diceded not to tell about celebrations in my family. And I don't want to talk about my birthday, because I don't really like this day. It just makes me older every year and I'm not used to recieving presents.

So I'll tell you about how we usually keep my best friend's birthday. We go to a small cozy restaurant or we stay at the friend's home. Anyway the celebration is held in a peaceful and calm environment in a small but friendly company. We don't care about food much. We've never knew what the choice will be next time. We   can order pizza, pasta, sushi or anything else. But we have some preferences. All of us are likely to have something with crawfish or crab or shrimp. But as for me I do not eat fish. I hate it very much. And I always drink tea. Earl Grey is desirable. Or any rare chinese variety of tea. And nothing else matters. 

You can see little more in my comic strip which is sooo far from masterpiece. But I did my best. Seriously.

1. One thing that really frightens me is when I see the spiders and snakes. They look so disgusting. But people eat snakes in some countries. One reason perhaps that people might  are more likely to try the delicacy.

2. Another thing that really embarrasses me is when I spill or damage smth. It isn't well. And people say: " There's no point in getting upset about it or Don't worry. It doesn't matter." But I know that it isn't so. It sounds so hypocritically.

3. I hate it when people complain about excess weight, but they do nothing in order to discrease it. There's a low - fat diet. It's beneficial physical exercise. It will be good for their waistline.

4. It really annoys me when people criticize other people. It isn't right. They've many shortcomings, but they don't notice it.

5. Mother's smile makes me very happy. A smile costs nothing, but gives much. When people have depression, unhappy, lonely or they've problems in their relationship, lack of confidence in what they're doing, they should smile, because it the one thing is cure for these people. If you give a smile other people, you'll be the happiest person in the whole world.

I've chosen this song because it's very positive.I thought it is anthem of my life. It helps me to fight and never walk away and give up. Every person can go higher or can go deeper,there are no boundaries. They can break every rule because their's nothing between they and their dreams. When I've any difficult I listen to this song.

Anna's "Cafe" Excursion

It was awesome excursion! Many people were happy in it. The children were playing in the playground. If I were a child, I would watch  the cartoon with them.

We had to go to the cash, because it isn't restaurant, and it's Bakers. There are booklets on every tables. I read  many interesting facts about this Bakers. Maybe it's advertisement for people in order to attract many visitors.

It was a comfortable and cosy atmosphere. But the loud music got on my nerves. Such meetings don't occur every day, because people don't have enough time. But we could afford such meeting on week-ends. I enjoyed myself at there.

Baira's "Cafe" Excursion

I enjoyed this exursion. We were in a cafe "Sinnabon". "Sinnabon" is world famous brand the most delicious cinnamon rolls. "Sinnabon" has the most delicious cinnamon rolls. Also "Sinnabon" has many bakeries in 60 countries of the world. It is about 1200 bakeries. You can have a good time in "Sinnabon". People wouldn't have went to "Sinnabon" if this place had not  been so tasty and comfortable.
There is a children's playground in cafe. When we were sitting there we saw  a very noisy boy. The boy would have behaved in a different way if he were naughty.
"Sinnabon" has a lot of different cinnamon rolls. I can not keep from thinking to eat a cinnamon rolls.It is always interesting for visitors to watch TV  when they are eating.

Stage 3: going out (Friday)

We went to the Cinnabon following Sana's choice. It was my first time there. I've never expected to find a piece of America here. I think it's a bright example of influence, whether bad or good, it's hard to say.

I decided to order a (tiny, but strong) cup of Espresso and a (tasty, but too fat) Chocobon roll. 

Delicious!

 I spent 170 roubles (4.20 euros/ 3.38 pounds/ 5.36 dollars).

"How we kept Happy New Year" Excursion

We keep the New Year. My family enjoy this holiday. Wonders occur at this time. I got gifts the day before the holiday. My parents bought meat, sause-boat, snack, poultry, vegetables, potatoes. When it begins time, I and my sister turn everything upside down in our house. My sister prefers roast beef with sause-boat. We always buy soft drinks, marmalade. We come up with fun. We sit at the table in the evening celebrate and give each other gifts.

"How we kept my birthday" Excursion

    During every year we keep our birthday's days.When I celebrated this day in 2012 year very well.
May be you do not know that I had been studying in St. Petersburg three years. So in August I was there.
   Early morning August,17. My sister and I went to cafe "Jan - Jak Russo" because it near and the best for us place. We ate in terrace. The weater was fine.
   Wnen I and my  sister had selected in menu waiter brought us bottle of water. We drink cappuchino and and ate English breakfast included curd with jam and buttle and him went two fresh croissants.We was satisface. Look at the first photo. Foreign people usually  like sits in theese table. I would add that I turned a penny there in this summer.

By the evening my best friend Alice, Sam and Nastia arranged supprice for me. They did fiest.
 Look at the second photo: "Jan-Jak"  astonish  place  in evening!

Jan- Jak in evening is full  people coming from work,family couples and other.  Though most of client usually comes in breakfast and dinner. Not far away, in cafe, were brought a paper A2 and pencils. At present all clients might drawing. Look at the third photo.

Look at the main menu (fourth photo) column salades. The salad "Poularde" the taisties for me and costs not cheap. And my sister prepares pike perch fillet with mushroom sauce. My friend Alice loves cheesy velyute with bacon of soups becauce it's has very  delicate flavor. Ice- crem with sorbet a favourite sweet in dessert!

Look at the last but one photo. It's my favourite salade "Caesar with chicken"! It's delicious dish!

And the last photo shows favourute dish of my sister eat in breakfast.

"How we kept my birthday" Excursion

Birthday is a very wonderful day. Everybody likes to celebrate it. It's a good opportunity to spend time with close friends, parents, relatives.

Usually we hold my birthday party in the evening. in the morning of birthday party day my father and mother go shopping and buy everything we need. My mother bakes a cake or a pie.
By the evening food is cooked, the table is laid. We put on evening suits and dresses and wait for the guests. The flat looks nice and cosy.
I'm always very glad to meet my guests. I like to get flowers and presents.Mom brings in the birthday cake. I blow the candles out. We dance and sing songs, play games and laugh, joke, tell funny stories.

I think that my birthday is one of the best days in a year.

This song isn't my favourite, but it reminds me of the online course. The catching chorus became its slogan: "I will survive". Only today I managed to pay attention to the lyrics and found out that Gloria sang about love?!

What about you? What songs do you usually hum? Could you explain why?

Did they help you learn the English questions? I still remember "Billy Boy", though we didn't have the YouTube then: "Oh, where have you been, Billy Boy?"

And I can't help mentioning the marvelous episode from "My Fair Lady". Humming "I could'ave danced all night" was crucial in my fight with the English pefect infinitives!
