I'd like to tell about our last excursion dedicated to London. I have mixed feelings. From the one hand the weather wasn't very nice, little tourists from some nearby city were staring at us as if we were rare exhibits in museum... From the other hand we took a trip around the Pagoda in a train. It brought me some tranquility. It would be much better if there was noise of railway. I think it is very relaxing. That's about my attitude to this excursion.
So... What about our converstaions... We were discussing foundation of London, its places of interest, its views etc. Finally we concluded that London is well worth seeing.
Elista is not so interesting as London (as for me of course). But it gives you a great possibility to see Budhist buildings in Europe. It's much cheaper to visit Elista than any chinese city.
Easy way to learn something about London (eh... Jimmy Wales is always asking for money but never mind)

DeleteWhat about people? How can you compare two nations, the Kalmyks and the Britons? What diffirences and similarities can you pick out between them?
ReplyDeleteAs Dave Gahan sings: "People are people so why should it be you and I should get along so awfully". It doesn't depends on your nationality. It is all about people. Of course our mentalities differ... but I misunderstand our people sometimes.
DeleteYes,I like London, but weather is too cold for me.And what about Englishmen? They will always stare at people who differ from them.It is funny!
