Health Excursion

Our eighth excursion (Unit 2)

You wouldn't believe it: 
in the morning it was cloudy and rainy, 
in the afternoon it was sunny and rather warm!
Moggies like English

The prescription:

1 academic hour
1 academic group
1 instructor

45 minutes of walking and speaking English
10 enthusiasts
3 photos
10 drawings

1 warm bench

  2. I do believe it is quite easy to be healthy. To keep it you must follow some rules:
    1. If you feel sick, you should see a doctor
    2. Remember, get an annual check-up (heart, lungs, etc.)Don't forget to test your blood (pressure).
    3. The doctor decides what you really need. He/She writes out a prescription. Then you go to the chemist's and get the medicine. Done!
    Following these simple advices is really the best way to live without any illnesses.

    1. I'm agree with you.
      Let me add something.
      You, also, have to eat more fruits and vegetables, because of their huge existence of vitamins.
      Moreover, physical jerks are important. Give your attention to them every morning at least 5 or 10 minutes and your body will say "thank you".

    2. Really useful advices! Indeed, all these ways of keeping fit allow people to recover quickly from deseases, avoid some complications, increase our immunity. And if we follow this instructions we will be fit, smart and attractive. I think everybody'd like to be such a person.

  3. There is a proverb :"Early to bed , early to rise makes a man healthy , wealthy and wise." I agree with this statement. Daily programme helps to bring yourself up physically strong, strong - willed, energetic. Unfortunately, people usually don't follow simple daily programme. It lead to stress, bad mood. You suffer from sleep deprivation.
